Program description

The Cade Parker Management leasing line, (774) 206-9281, sends and receives text messages with prospective renters about apartment availability, property details, showing scheduling and reminders, rental prequalification, and application status.

Consent & opt-in

You opt in by texting or calling our leasing line first, or by asking us (during a call, email, or in writing) to follow up with you by text. We text you only about your inquiry. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of renting from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

1. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation of your opt-out and nothing further.
2. Reply START to resume messages at any time.
