When you inquire about a rental home, we collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, phone number, email address, the contents of your messages, and (if you choose to apply) the information requested in the rental application process.
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, answer questions about our rental homes, schedule showings, process rental applications (with your separate written consent for any screening), and maintain records of our communications as required for fair housing and business purposes.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with service providers strictly to enable message delivery (such as our messaging platform) is excluded from the foregoing only to the extent necessary to deliver messages to you.

We retain communication records and application materials only as long as needed for legitimate business, legal, and fair-housing compliance purposes, and delete them when no longer required.
